Food taste was not good.WIFI didn't work 1st day and dropped. some room light switches hidden.Room drains smelled bad-our friends had to ask for room change.4th flr corridors smelled really bad in morning of drains. room safe not attached could not use.

The staff was really nice

There is music playing 24 hours on the aisle and you can hear it in the room, I had to ask daily at night to please shut it off.Plus you can hear everything from inside the room to the room next door and the guests are really loud fighting, closing and opening doors and listening to music or tv really late.

There was ongoing construction happening during the full two weeks of my stay. There was a lot of noise from other rooms or outside so the rooms are not noise proof. The rooms didn’t feel very clean, I had to switch my room after my first night because of the bathroom. The shower would not drain adequately and it didn’t seem clean. Luckily the room they switched me to was better but bathroom still not very clean. But I was able to communicate with staff what I needed and they’d fulfill the request. I didn’t have Internet my full stay as there were constant issues with the wifi. Their IT would work on it but still no change. As someone traveling from a different country, this was a huge inconvenience as I’m dependent on wifi for communication purposes. I had laundry done and they charged me almost 5000 rupees for a bag of laundry. That is almost the rate of one night of stay. They said it’s because I had a lot of items but if I knew how expensive it would be I would not have gotten it done through them as outside services are much cheaper and better quality than what the hotel has to offer for a lot of their services. Even their pool seemed very disappointing, it’s a small pool area, not properly maintained, and you can’t get anything ordered to the pool area other than towels. Locations isn’t great, I wouldn’t feel safe to go out and everything seemed far. Luckily they had security on site and were helpful getting transportation if necessary.

The property was not properly clean and hygienic Room AC and WIFI was not working in spite of raising this concern multiple times people was not able to resolve it and was giving excuses.Food was not up to mark.

The hotel was decent with nice food in the restaurant. The hotel spaces were nice as well and overall comfortable

Our room was not properly cleaned, at least according to European standards. We also found a large insect in the room close to the bathroom. Additionally there was a wedding taking place at the same dates making the hotel a noisy place to be. There was music until late which was not pleasant. The area outside of the hotel is not walkable (for various reasons) and the best is to always have a cab arranged to pick you up.

This is at best a budget hotel for group booking purpose, away from main hotel. Ambience is lousy and cheapness visible every where. If you are looking for class associated with Radisson, nothing visible. Not value for kind of money they charge. What is in offer is small lodge like room with no balcony or outside view.

AC should be cooler. The thermostat was stuck at 20 degrees which was not cold enough.

Staff is helpful and genuinely care for guests. Breakfast includes south indian food which is great.

This property is not as close to the airport at you'd think. Depending on traffic it can be 30-90 minutes of commute. There are no close by restuarants or grocery shops. Also no microwave for guests.
